The “Air Blade” is a versatile air knife designed to direct a thin flow of air with an amplification ratio of up to 25x the inlet SCFM depending on compressor and air line restrictions. CNC machined from billet 6061 Aluminum in the USA. Designed to be used with SMC Pnuematics “Metered” Speed Control Valves and 1/4” ID air line for optimal SCFM efficiency. This allows a constant and powerful “blade” of air to flow at a very low inlet pressure requirement with the ability of fine adjustment thanks to the speed control valve.
*Each of the 4 holes is tapped 1/4”-20 at full thickness to allow for a variety of mounting options depending on intended usage.Included Parts:
